We do not promise to answer to a broad range of questions or inquiries.

All quotes are based on NT$(New Taiwan dollar, or refer it as TWD,TaiWan Dollar) unless otherwise specified.

SHIPMENT & SHIPPING COST
  Most of the item listed are in stock but please check with us for availability first. Normally order will be shipped by the next business day after receipt of your payment.

You can request for a preferred shipping method or use the suggested shipping method. We ship orders WORLDWIDE.
Order can be sent by airmail, EMS(express mail service), FedEx (under most circumstances), Air Parcel post or UPS or others to fit with your need. To Macao, Hoong and Mainland China, we use S. F. express. 

You can click the following links to estimate shipping rate on Air Parcel post or EMS or check with the Postage Rate table for your proposed shipping method.
If package sent by  (Express Mail Service), you will be able to track it by EMS Tracking system.
EMS is our recommended shipping method, not only it is for faster but also safer. In many cases, EMS costs lower then other couriers when weight is below 15kgs.  For heavy weight shipment, we have arranged FedEx's favorable rate for your usage.

PAYMENT 
We accept payment by credit card, bank wire transfer, local bank transfer in Hong Kong and mainland China or Paypal in advance.
When paying by credit card, we will not complete the transaction until the order has finalized by you.
For security reasons, we suggest that you fax your credit card information rather than using the Internet, Please make sure to include the name on the credit card, its number, expire date, card issuing bank and card security code number(last 3 digits code on the back of card).

Payment in advance is required.

INSURANCE 
Our term of trade are ex-factory or FOB Taipei, We are not responsible for any case of lost package once the package has left this country without insurance. Although this happens rarely, we suggest that you have your order(s) insured.

ORDERING
We take all orders by letter, faxed order form or email with attached order form by image file. But not by phone(sorry).  

Standard order procedure:
Inquiry receive -> send price ->  place order by fax or email -> return of Proforma, shipping cost or proposed order shipment amount -> final confirmation of order, if needed -> confirm order received, if you would.

If pay by credit card, please send fax order form(pdf file)to authorize us to charge into your card account.
If paying by Bank T/T, an additional bank fee will be added. Please make sure that we receive net order amount. Additional bank charge depends on your home country.
You are requested to send a copy of your shipping address separately by email to help us ensure accurate delivery.

On the order sheet, please also include product reference number or model code.

We will not be responsible for the lost of damage to the shipping package unless such claims are made immediately.
So check your order contents promptly upon receipt. Before returning any items, please ask for return approval first.

If you have technical question(s) or need further information, please send it by e-mail, fax or write us, we will try to respond as time permits.

We do not promise to reply to every inquiry, our first priority remains incoming orders and their accurate and prompt shipment.

Shipment Return/Damage
Any of return is required for Return number(RMA) first.
Report shipment damage to THLaudio must be within 7 days of receipt. To enable us file a damage inspection claim with carrier or Post office.
Report shipment shortage, incorrect items requires within 7 days of receipt.
